The Pokemon Glitch Lab: ゥ .4

I haven't done much research or experimentation into ゥ .4 yet. I know it knows Super Glitch right off the bat, and that it can sometimes cause the game to freeze inexplicably, but I would recommend looking through the Bulbapedia article on this glitch Pokemon for information.
